Shipping Policy
At RAYS by Kiran, every bag is entirely handmade with attention to detail and care. Because of this artisanal process, please note the following:
- Processing & Delivery: Shipping may take up to 15 business days. This timeframe allows us to ensure your piece meets our quality standards before it reaches your door.
- Shipping Charges: A flat shipping fee of 300 applies to all orders.
- Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification with tracking details to monitor your delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
We strive for perfection in every stitch. However, we understand that issues can occasionally arise.
Returns
- Defective Products: We only accept returns for products that are defective or damaged due to an error on our side.
- Reporting: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the defect.
- Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
